Rich Purple Flowers for a Wildlife-Friendly Garden
A beautiful cottage garden favourite, this upright perennial produces rich purple flowers on tall, dark stems, standing proudly above attractive mid-green foliage.
Flowering from June through September, it is perfect for adding height and colour to borders and containers. Regular deadheading encourages more flowers throughout the summer, while the nectar-rich blooms are a great food source for bees and butterflies.
A lovely choice for cottage gardens, wildlife-friendly planting schemes and mixed borders, or use it as a striking centrepiece where its tall, elegant stems can really stand out.
