Returns & Refund Policy – Park Farm Plants

Perishable Goods

Plants are living, perishable items.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, perishable goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. For this reason, we do not accept returns of healthy plants due to change of mind.


Damaged or Faulty Plants

If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the plant and packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Reporting Timeframe

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted, as plant condition can quickly change depending on care and environment.


After Planting or Repotting

We cannot accept responsibility for plants once they have been planted, repotted, or kept for a period of time.

We are not liable for losses due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Frost or heat

  • Over or under watering

  • Soil conditions

  • Pests or disease

  • General plant care


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Non-Delivery

If you believe your parcel has not arrived, please contact us within 4 days of dispatch so we can investigate with the courier.
