Terms & Conditions – Park Farm Plants

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

1. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary. You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided at checkout are correct.


2. Our Plants

All of our plants are living products. Natural variation in size, shape, colour and growth habit will occur.

Photos on the website are for guidance only. Plants may differ slightly from images shown.

Many plants are seasonal and may be dormant at certain times of year. Dormant plants may show little or no top growth. This is normal and does not mean the plant is dead.

Plug plants are young plants and will require potting on and care before planting out.


3. Availability

All plants are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply an item, we will contact you and offer a refund.


4. Prices & Payment

Prices are those shown on the website at the time of ordering and may change without notice.

We accept payment by debit card, credit card and PayPal. We do not accept cheques.


5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery is usually within 7 working days, but during busy periods please allow up to 14 days.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

If you arrange for a gardener or landscaper, we strongly advise not booking them for the same day as your delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for hired labour costs due to delivery delays.

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel or that a safe place is provided. We cannot be held responsible for plants left outside for extended periods after delivery.


6. On Arrival

Please inspect your plants immediately upon arrival.

If there is a problem, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs showing the issue.

We cannot accept responsibility for plants that are not reported within this timeframe.


7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of plants, they are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

We do not accept returns of healthy plants.

If a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours and we will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. Plant Care

Once plants have been planted, repotted, or kept for a period of time, we cannot accept responsibility for losses due to weather, pests, watering, soil conditions, or general care.


9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
