Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription (for example, a monthly or seasonal plant box), payments will automatically renew at the agreed interval unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at:

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date.
If cancellation is made after payment has been taken but before dispatch, we will refund the payment in full.
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel or refund that shipment due to the perishable nature of plants.
Gift Subscriptions
If you purchase a fixed-term gift subscription (for example, 3 months), this will not automatically renew unless selected at checkout.
One-Off Orders
One-off purchases cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once packing has begun.
