Shipping Policy – Park Farm Plants

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. During busy seasonal periods, dispatch may take up to 14 working days.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

Most parcels are sent using a tracked 24 or 48-hour courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Once parcels have been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional postage costs may apply before re-dispatch.

If you provide instructions for a parcel to be left in a safe place, this is at your own risk.

We cannot be responsible for plants left outside for extended periods after delivery.

Where possible, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Plants should be unpacked immediately and watered if required.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs.

We reserve the right to delay dispatch during extreme weather conditions (such as severe frost or heatwaves) to protect plant quality.
