 Subscription Terms for Park Farm Plants Seeds

  • Subscription Cost: £12 per month until cancelled.
  • Seed Packets: Each month, you’ll receive 6 packets of seeds. The quantity may vary depending on the seed type and availability.
  • Seed Varieties: We’ll strive to ship varieties that are ready for planting, but this depends on availability.
  • Free Seeds: While we provide the seeds for free, the associated cost is covered by the £12 monthly subscription fee.

"By placing an order with Park Farm Plants Seeds, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

  1. Seed Origins: Our seeds are donated, grown, and saved from gardens. As a result, we cannot guarantee specific seed qualities such as age, variety, accuracy, viability, hybrid status, or germination rate.

  2. Risk and Responsibility: Acquiring seeds and other products is at your own risk. Park Farm Plants, the seed donor, and any other parties are not liable for any undesirable outcomes resulting from the use of acquired seeds or products.

  3. Returns and Refunds: Seeds cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

  4. Shipping Charges: The “Park Farm Plants Shipping” fee covers all costs associated with producing, preparing, and shipping your order, beyond just postage. This charge is not for profit and does not include any markup on free seeds or other complimentary items."
