Echeveria 'Perle von Nürnberg'

A beautiful and highly decorative succulent, Echeveria 'Perle von Nürnberg' forms gorgeous rosettes of fleshy leaves in soft shades of pink, bronze and purple. As the plant matures, it develops into an attractive clump that looks fantastic in pots, rockeries and gravel gardens.

During summer, tall flower stems appear above the rosettes, carrying delicate pink flowers that add even more colour from around June through to September.

Naturally drought tolerant, this is an easy-care plant as long as it is given plenty of sunshine and good drainage.

Growing Advice

Plant in a free-draining compost and choose a sunny position. Allow the compost to dry between watering rather than keeping it constantly moist.

The most important thing to remember is that Echeveria dislikes wet conditions, particularly during winter.

This is a tender succulent and should be protected from frost. Before temperatures drop, move it somewhere frost-free and sheltered, ideally somewhere bright. Take care not to overwater it during winter.
