A charming early-flowering alpine perennial forming neat cushions of fine, moss-like evergreen foliage. In early to mid-spring, it produces masses of delicate white flowers edged with a soft pink picotee margin, creating a lovely two-tone effect.

Compact and low growing, this variety is ideal for rockeries, alpine troughs, edging paths, or filling small gaps at the front of borders. It also performs beautifully in containers with good drainage.

Best grown in well-drained soil in sun or light shade. Avoid winter wet.
