Armeria maritima ‘Abbey White’
Common name: Sea Thrift
A neat, compact evergreen perennial forming tidy cushions of grassy green foliage, topped with pure white globe-shaped flowers.
Flowering from late spring into early summer, the crisp white blooms rise on slender stems above the foliage, creating a fresh and clean look in borders and containers. Perfect for rockeries, edging paths, gravel gardens and coastal planting.
Like all Sea Thrift, ‘Abbey White’ is very hardy and thrives in well-drained soil. It copes well with poor soils and exposed conditions, making it a tough and dependable choice.
